Zantraka, a subsidiary of Kotwaster LLC, respects your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the methods described below. This page satisfies the data deletion requirements of Meta, Google, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.

How to Delete Your Data

Option A: Delete from Your Account Settings

If you have an active Zantraka account, log in and navigate to Dashboard → Settings. You can:

Disconnect third-party advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Revoke API keys
Disable Two-Factor Authentication
Request full account deletion by contacting support

Option B: Email a Data Deletion Request

Send an email to support@zantraka.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

The email address associated with your Zantraka account
Your company name (for identity verification)
Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted

We Process Your Request

Upon receiving your request, we will:

Verify your identity using the email on file
Acknowledge your request within 48 hours
Complete data deletion within 30 days
Send confirmation once deletion is complete

What Data Will Be Deleted

Permanently Deleted

Account information (name, email, password hash)
Business profiles and brand intelligence data
AI-generated marketing strategies and creatives
Campaign configurations and settings
Connected advertising platform tokens (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
API keys and integration credentials
Organization memberships and roles
Two-factor authentication data
Contact form submissions

Retained as Required by Law

Payment transaction records (retained for 7 years for tax/legal compliance)
Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
Records required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements

Third-Party Platform Data

When you delete your Zantraka account, we will:

Revoke and delete all stored OAuth tokens for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Delete all cached advertising platform data from our systems

Remove your account from all active API integrations

Note: Data stored directly on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) is not affected by deleting your Zantraka account. To delete data from those platforms, you must contact them directly or use their data deletion tools.
